General Return Policy
- Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
- No return or refund for damaged items. You are to thoroughly check goods before accepting delivery.
- No cash refunds – refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- M&C Drugstore is not responsible for lost or stolen invoices.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you have not received your refund after this time:
- Recheck your bank or card statement.
- Contact your card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing times can vary).

Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are deemed to be damaged as a result of manufacturer's error.
- For exchanges, contact [email protected] or visit your pickup location.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment or preparation for pickup by contacting us at [email protected] with your Order Number.
- If your order has already been prepared, you may return it following the return process above.
- Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has started.
